PRS SE Swamp Ash Special Iri Blue

Comeback; the PRS Swamp Ash Special, now in SE version!

The PRS SE Swamp Ash Special is a unique guitar within the PRS SE lineup. The first thing you notice are the pickups. For the first time, this PRS SE has an HSH configuration: 2 85/15 "S" Humbuckers and an AS-01 Single coil in the middle position. This in combination with the built-in Coil Tap makes the Swamp Ash Special extremely flexible.

And then of course there is the Swamp Ash body; We have never encountered this type of wood before in the SE lineup. Characteristic of Swamp Ash are tighter bass, more clarity in the highs and more "twang" than you are probably used to from a PRS. The Swamp Ash body in combination with the Maple neck makes this PRS SE a bright, clear guitar that provides a nice balance to the generally darker sounding SE models.

Furthermore, the PRS SE Swamp Ash Special is equipped with all the features and quality you would expect: a stable PRS Patented Tremolo Bridge, a Wide Thin neck profile with 25" scale length and the characteristic Bird Inlays. Comes with PRS SE Gigbag.
