One of Martin's classics: the OM-21. Simple and elegant with great playability!

Who doesn't love a nice OM guitar? The Martin OM-21 is the brother of the OM-28. as they share the same wood configuration, namely a solid Sitka Spruce top + solid East Indian Rosewood back and sides. This traditional combination of woods produces a very balanced sound with a beautiful, clear presence in the high end. Add the scalloped X top bracing to this and the result is a full, tight sound that comes into its own very nicely in both a band mix and a stripped-down setting. Because the cosmetic features of the Martin OM-21 have been kept fairly basic and minimal, this is a real no-nonsense guitar that derives its beauty from the apparent simplicity. Beautiful! Includes hard shell case.

What is the difference between OM and 000?

At first glance you probably won't see the differences between the 000 model and the popular OM or "Orchestra" model. Both Bodyshapes are indeed almost identical, but the differences lie in the neck. The 000 has a man hour of 24.9", where the OM has a man hour of 25.4". And you can feel that difference: the string tension is lower with a 000, and all frets are a bit closer together. A second difference is the width of the nut: it is a fraction wider with an OM.
